TERMS OF SERVICE
General- I will retain copyright over the commissioned piece.
- I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
- The commission is for personal use only. You are NOT ALLOWED to reproduce or sell the commissioned work unless we have an agreement in place. For commercial inquiries, please email [email protected] ;
- It is prohibited to use the commissioned work as non-fungible tokens (NFTs), NFT games, cryptocurrencies or anything related;
- It is prohibited to use the commissioned work to train image AIs, or edit it (as in img 2 img) using AIs (such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Novel AI etc.);
- I reserve the rights to post the commissioned piece on social medias and/or portfolio (It's possible to ask for the commission to be kept private or have it posted at a later date);
- I do NOT claim the rights to the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork(e.g. your characters that you want me to illustrate, story, setting, designs, etc).
- I will NOT re-sell, reproduce, or otherwise make further profit from the commissioned artwork.
- If references are not sent, I will assume that I can decide what it’s best for the illustration based on my experience.Payment- It’s included in price three revisions: first is sketch approval; second is base colors / light shadow approval; third is final details. Any extra revision will be charged. Major changes must be requested while in sketch phase;
- Payment is 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% before third revision;
- **Payment will be done via Wise ONLY (if you opt for Paypal there'll be an extra) **. I will send it to your email after receiving your filled form and approving your request;
- All prices shown here are in USD;
- The price might change depending on complexity and additional characters.Delivery- You will receive a high resolution digital file (PNG/JPG) ready for print as you please for personal use. for the RPG sheets you also will receive a editable PDF so you can really use to play;
- You’ll receive your order in two weeks to one month or more depending on my workload and complexity of your request;
- If you have a specific deadline let me know beforehand;
- Commissions are non-refundable unless I haven't started working on your request;
